Zultys Certified Systems Expert (ZCSE) Certification
The ZSCE course, run by Zultys and/or Alloy instructors, is designed to ensure that authorised Zultys Resellers are trained to deliver and install all Zultys solutions to the highest level of customer satisfaction. The course is open to technical personnel of currently authorised Zultys Resellers, or IT and Telephony Resellers Resellers who are in the process of achieving authorised status.
ZCSE Course Structure and requirements
The ZCSE course is taken in two separate components:
- Zultys Certified System Expert - Part I: Deployment and Management
- Zultys Certified System Expert - Part II Advanced Implementation and Support
ZCSE Part I is a three day course; ZCSE Part II is a two day course. Part 1 of the course is a pre-requisite to undertake Part II. Completion of both parts of the course is required for individual course attendees to be issued with ZCSE Certification.
ZCSE courses are run on a regualr basis in Melbourne and Sydney. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 8. The format of both parts of the course is very 'hands on', with attendees using 'live' Zultys equipment. Attendees MUST provide their own Laptop computer and power supply on all days during the course.

Zultys IP-PBX configuration is dealt with in detail, including topics such as call routing, phone provisioning, ITSP carrier configuration and system monitoring
