Boxer Industrial Serial Device Servers are high performance Serial-to-Ethernet gateways, designed for applications requiring quick,
reliable and seamless integration of existing RS-232/422/485 devices to an Ethernet network. Single, dual, four and eight port
models provide transparent data channels between serial devices and a TCP/IP network, ensuring that serial devices can be accessed
through standard TCP/IP protocols. The driver for all Boxer models installs virtual Windows COM ports, ensuring that the LAN
becomes transparent to the serial device and the software running on the PC.
The BMS-236 can be configured as a TCP Client/Server or UDP node.

The Boxer Web Managed Industrial Serial Device Server is a high performance Serial-to-Ethernet gateway, designed for applications requiring quick,
reliable and seamless integration of existing RS-232/422/485 devices to an Ethernet network. This single port
device provides a transparent data channel between serial devices and a TCP/IP network, ensuring serial devices can be accessed
through standard TCP/IP protocols. All models can function as a TCP server, TCP client, or as a UDP network node. Eight programmable digital I/Os
are supported, and the device can be configured via web, telnet or serial console.
