Unmanaged 8 Port Fast Ethernet Switch with Gigabit UplinksThe Husky series HUG-828 is a highly reliable and fault-tolerant Industrial 10-port Gigabit Unmanaged Ethernet Switch. It state of the art design provides eight 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports and two small form factor pluggable (SFP) slots, each paired with a 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit RJ-45 port. The SFP slots can be used for installation of Gigabit SX or LX (multimode or singlemode) mini-GBIC modules, depending on the requirements of your existing network structure.
HUG-828 and HUG-0828E models are members of the Husky series of Unmanaged Gigabit Industrial Switches. Both models share the same robust design, and are specified for use in demanding and hazardous environments. The HUG-828E is specified for a standard standard operating temperature range (-10°C to 70°C), whilst the HUG-828Ehas an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Both the HUG-828 and HUG-828E are equipped with a terminal block to provide dual power inputs with reverse polarity protection, and are also both housed in an IP-31 rated metal housing. These devices are plug-and-play solutions for your Industrial Ethernet applications.
