HMG-828 SNMP Managed Industrial Gigabit Switch

The Husky HMG-828 is a highly reliable and fault-tolerant Industrial 10-port Gigabit Managed Ethernet Switch, supporting eight 10/100Mbps ports and two SFP slots for installation of Gigabit 1000Base-SX or 1000Base-LX mini-GBIC modules. The robust IP-31 rated case, wide operating temperature of -10°C to 70°C and DIN-Rail mounting make this device an ideal solution for harsh industrial environments. Husky HMG-828 and HMG-828E models are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, with model HMG-828E supporting an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Both the HMG-828 and 828E offer pluggable SFP slots, providing the flexibility to mix and match fibre mini-GBIC interfaces depending on your existing network structure - multimode or singlemode variants are available. Both model switches can be remotely configured by a Web browser, SNMP, Telnet, CLI and menu driven management. X-Ring self-recovery mechanism allows these switches to reconfigure and provide a redundant path in the network. In the event of network disruption or disconnection, X-Ring facilitates a fault recovery time of less than 50ms to prevent your network from encountering an interruption or failure. To secure your network, the IP security function supports 10 IP address accounts for system management security for the Web, SNMP and Telnet management security to prevent intrusions. Advanced management features include Dual Homing and Ring Coupling, IGMP snooping and VLANs.
