Industrial 2.4Ghz 802.11b/g Outdoor Wireless AP with built in 12dBi Antenna (12VDC)The Falcon series FWI-701 is a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 b/g compliant Wireless Outdoor Access Point available for Industrial Ethernet applications.
With it's IP67 rated case and wide operating temperature support the FWI-701 is ideal for outdoor wireless applications. The access point operates in four different modes, Access Point, Bridge, Repeater and Client allowing the access point to be used in most wireless applications. The FWI-701 supports turbo G mode with supported speeds up to 108Mbps.
The FWI-701 comes with a built in 12dBi Flat Panel Antenna therefore not requiring RF cable to be run to the access point. The access point also supports POE allowing a single Ethernet cable to be run to the device for both power and data connection. The access point comes supplied with a 12VDC POE injector for ease of installation.
With support for the common security functions such as WEP 64/128/152 and WPA your wireless network will be secure from unauthorised personnel.
